Which websites get a pixel?

One pixel per website. It identifies visitors who leave without calling or filling anything in.

Who should each audience find?

One audience is one service in one area: people actively researching it, refreshed daily.

How will you reach these people?

Pick everything you plan to do. It decides how we deliver, and your pixel visitors count too: they visited, but they didn't opt in.

Retargeting ads RecommendedFacebook, Instagram or Google ads shown to these people. Everyone goes into your ad audience right away. For ads we build the audience statewide or wider, because Meta needs a big audience to work; your ad targets the local area. Direct mailPostcards or letters to their mailing address. EmailCold email from separate sending domains. We pace new contacts to what your inboxes can safely send. Phone callsA real person dialing. No robocalls, AI voice or ringless voicemail. We filter out numbers flagged as Do Not Call, but check your list before you call.

About texting. Your follow-up can text people once they opt in, for example when they reply or fill in a form. Texting people on these lists before that isn't allowed: HighLevel bans it, and it breaks federal law (the TCPA).

Your email setup

Cold email from your main domain to people who haven't heard of you gets it flagged as spam, for you and your clients. So we release new contacts into your email follow-up a few at a time.

Do you send cold email from domains separate from your main business domain?

Yes Not yet

What sends your email?

I'll email these contacts only from separate sending domains, with an unsubscribe link in every email, and I'll honor opt-outs. I won't text anyone on these lists who hasn't opted in, and I won't call them with robocalls, AI voice or ringless voicemail. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
